1. Pet Hotel
10 Days or More Notice: Full refund (100%) or full credit for a future stay.Less than 10 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total amount.Less than 24 Hours or No-Show: Non-refundable.
2. Spa Services (Bath & Trim/Gromming.)
More than 24 Hours Notice: Full refund or reschedule at no cost.Less than 24 Hours Notice: Non-refundable, but the amount can be applied as credit to reschedule the appointment. No-Show: Non-refundable.
3. Daycare
Flexibility First: We understand plans change! If your pup can't make it to Daycare, simply let us know. While we do not offer refunds, your payment will be kept as a full credit to be used for a future Daycare session at your convenience.
